With a strong emphasis on aesthetics, functionality, and craftsmanship, our scale models serve as effective communication tools for architecture and engineering presentations, as well as gallery, showroom, museum, and roadshow displays. Our team comprises experienced professionals with diverse international exposure and expertise across a wide range of disciplines.
Supported by industry-standard equipment, including CO₂ laser cutting machines and 3D printers, we are capable of producing a comprehensive range of models, from simple massing studies to highly detailed architectural and engineering representations. Our Architectural Division specializes in physical building and structural models, covering commercial, residential, high-rise, terminal, master planning, interior, and resort developments.
Our Industrial and Engineering Division focuses on specialized non-architectural models, including petrochemical plants, oil & gas platforms, factories, harbours, mechanical systems, oil tankers, and ship models. These scale models are developed as detailed three-dimensional representations, incorporating internal lighting and carefully selected materials to enhance the visibility of interiors, structural elements, and sectional details.

FOUNDER
Founder, Mathen Raj holds a Master of Architecture from Taylor’s University, with professional expertise encompassing architectural design, project development, construction, and physical scale model making. Prior to establishing his own company, Mathen began his professional career as a practicing architect with a local architectural firm, where he gained valuable industry experience and progressively developed his expertise before venturing into entrepreneurship.
Today, he leads A.D.S Model Maker, a company that has grown steadily to become a well recognised architectural model making firm in Malaysia, providing professional model making services to government agencies, private companies, developers and other industry professionals. As the principal of the company, Mathen remains actively involved in project implementation, maintaining a hands-on approach and personally contributing to the model fabrication process.
His vision for delivering high quality architectural models, together with a strong commitment to precision, craftsmanship, and service excellence, continues to shape the company’s direction and drive A.D.S Model Maker towards greater recognition within Malaysia’s architectural model making industry.
